This Privacy Policy describes how Soft Spring Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Tastescope mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Your name and email address when you register.
• Health and fitness data: Nutritional goals, calorie and macro targets, body metrics you voluntarily provide.
• Allergy and dietary information: Allergy and dietary restriction information you optionally provide.
• Meal data: Photos you submit for nutritional analysis, meal logs, and nutritional values.
• Usage data: App interactions collected via PostHog analytics.
• Crash and performance data: Technical diagnostics collected via Sentry.
• Purchase data: Subscription records managed via RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Tastescope app.
• Analyze meal photos using AI to generate nutritional estimates.
• Store your nutritional history and help you track your goals.
• Personalize meal suggestions based on your dietary preferences.
• Process subscriptions and manage premium access.
• Send push notifications you have opted in to receive.

3. AI Analysis Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Nutritional analysis provided by Tastescope is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for informational purposes only. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results.

• Tastescope is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Analysis results should not be relied upon for medical decisions or the management of any health condition.
• If you have food allergies, intolerances, or any medical condition, always consult a qualified healthcare professional and verify all ingredient information independently. Allergy data entered in the app does not guarantee allergen-free analysis results.
• Soft Spring Studio expressly disclaims all liability arising from reliance on AI-generated nutritional information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash monitoring), RevenueCat (purchases), Apple / Google Play (in-app purchases).

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting info@softspringstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days. EU users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

6. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed. In-app: Profile → Delete Account. Without the app: email info@softspringstudio.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". See our full deletion instructions.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time through your device's store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Children's Privacy

Tastescope is not directed at children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Soft Spring Studio'nun Tastescope mobil uygulamasını kullanırken kişisel bilgilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklamaktadır.

2. Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

• Tastescope uygulamasını sağlamak, sürdürmek ve geliştirmek.
• Yapay zekâ ile yemek fotoğraflarını analiz edip besin tahminleri üretmek.
• Beslenme geçmişinizi saklamak ve hedeflerinizi takip etmenize yardımcı olmak.
• Diyet tercihlerinize göre yemek önerileri sunmak.
• Abonelikleri işlemek ve premium erişimi yönetmek.
• Onayladığınız bildirimleri göndermek.

3. Yapay Zekâ Analizi Sorumluluk Reddi

ÖNEMLİ: Tastescope tarafından sunulan besin değeri analizleri yapay zekâ tarafından üretilmekte olup yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.

• Tastescope bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye, tanı veya tedavi sunmamaktadır.
• Analiz sonuçları tıbbi kararlar için esas alınmamalıdır.
• Herhangi bir alerjiniz veya sağlık durumunuz varsa, her zaman yetkili bir sağlık uzmanına danışın. Alerjensiz analiz sonuçları garanti edilmez.
• Soft Spring Studio, yapay zekâ tarafından üretilen besin bilgilerine dayanılmasından doğan tüm sorumlulukları reddeder.

4. Veri Paylaşımı

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Verileri yalnızca şunlarla paylaşıyoruz: Supabase (veritabanı), Anthropic (yapay zekâ analizi), PostHog (analitik), Sentry (kilitlenme izleme), RevenueCat (satın almalar), Apple / Google Play (uygulama içi satın almalar).

5. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Haklarınızı kullanmak için info@softspringstudio.com adresine yazın. Talebiniz 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılacaktır.

6. Veri Silme

Uygulama telefonunuzda yüklü olsun ya da olmasın, hesabınızı ve tüm ilişkili verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Uygulama içinden: Profil → Hesabı Sil. Uygulama olmadan: info@softspringstudio.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konusuyla e-posta gönderin.

7. Abonelikler ve İptal

Abonelikler App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yönetilmektedir. Cihazınızın mağaza ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Tastescope 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

9. Politika Değişiklikleri

Önemli değişiklikleri, yürürlüğe girmelerinden en az 30 gün önce Uygulama aracılığıyla veya e-posta ile bildireceğiz.

Delete Your Account

Hesabınızı Silin

You can request deletion of your Tastescope account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed.

Open Tastescope, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, tap "Delete Account", then confirm.

Tastescope'u açın, Profil sekmesine gidin, sayfanın en altına inin, "Hesabı Sil" butonuna dokunun ve onaylayın.

• Subscription records (subject to legal retention requirements)

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. In-app deletion is immediate.

Silme talepleri 30 gün içinde işleme alınır. Uygulama içi silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play settings.

Aktif bir aboneliğiniz varsa, App Store veya Google Play ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir.
